Dunkin’ Donuts

I find the coffee to be weak and tasteless. Breakfast sandwiches are poorly made with the croissants often over toasted. The MERRIMACK shops used to give a 10% senior citizen discount but has reduced it to 5%.

This is absolutely the worst dunkins around. So poorly managed. If the tercel sized pothole they had all winter and did nothing about didn’t kill you then you’ll surely die in the 25 minute wait every single day because they don’t know how to take an order while making another order the manager doesn’t know how to put out a now hiring sign because he doesn’t realize it could be faster maybe because of his acute alcoholism. It’s really sad. Malory was horrible to her employees but she had that line moving and had her employees moving and training them to meet her type A expectations and I miss how that location used to run like a well oiled machine when she was there. Pro tip for them, when it’s busy… Move faster, stack orders, have staff for the busy mornings, replace the manager, fix the property when it’s in bad shape. Seriously this place needs the franchise owner to take notice.

Going here and them getting your order right would be like winning the lottery. Expect to wait in long lines.

They almost never get my order correct. The lines are always super long. And they usually run out of items very early in the day. Poorly managed store. I drive out of my way to go to another dunks rather than take a chance with this one.

By far the worst dunking around they have never gotten an order correct it is disgustingly dirty all the time and so slow. But that is what, happens when you let teenagers run the place they just don’t care. The franchise Owner should do something about this place I won’t ever be back

This is one of the worst Dunkins around. I gave them several chances thinking that maybe I went on a bad day, but the coffee is consistently terrible. I always get the same dark roast ice coffee at every Dunks and this tastes nothing like it. The iced coffe is always very bitter and gross tasting with a sourish aftertaste. I dont know what they do, or why it is so completely different than other locations (dirty equipment? wrong ratio of coffee?) but it is HORRIBLE. I will definitely not be back.

This is one of the worst DD I have ever been to. They just can’t get anything right… it’s kind of odd… you would think coffee would taste the same regardless of what DD you go to… no…this one bites.
