I hate when businesses treat customers as though they are completely expendable! Are we? Really??? I show up around opening time before I have to work. No one shows. I stop in a few weeks later to pick-up my «back-up» pair of cheapie glasses — I get told that I have to wait 30 minutes while the front desk person runs to the bank! I get conflicting information on prices, what’s in stock and not. Worst of yet, I’ve had to wait in line 15 minutes while one of the front desk staff had a casual conversation. Enter at your own risk. You get what you pay for… and this time its not the product its the service!
