Not a fan of this location. I’m used to people at HDPro desk having some sort of knowledge of their products or policies. I have had numerous incidents at this location.
I’ve had issues picking up special orders and returns. I’ve called to complain to management several times about their pro desk. Tonight topped the cake, waiting an hour for an order right in front if our faces, which I pointed out as I spoke with the rep, while 6 people looked for it. The assistant manager was nice to help load it. But I’m thinking this ship has sailed. They’ve lost me.
I’ve actually taken my business to the local Lowes and Menards for big box and our friendly neighborhood Ace. After tonight I will not be visiting this location again.
