It’s clean, your laundry gets clean… not much else to say! Lol. I do like that their hours are later than the laundromat in Crown Point, which closes at 5pm on Sunday and takes the last load at 3:30pm. It’s cheaper than the one in CP as well and uses change instead of a card so you’re left with money instead of a card with money on it if you don’t use up all the money doing your laundry.

How do you wash clothes when your renovating your house? Not a trick question really… you head to the laundromat. Now normally as an expat(I’m exaggerating, but still) from Chicago, theres an ENDLESS list of places to take ones clothes to get laundered, but here in good Olé Indy, there are very few choices. I gather this is from: 1. Most people have homes, thus, implying that they have a washer and dryer. 2. Not like this is a big city where people commute via foot, so no need to have a laundromat every 4 – 5 city blocks. 3. People wash their clothes out here and hang them out on the clothes line(I’m guessing). Its more economical and who wouldn’t want a Spring fresh… err…Fall fresh smell to their sheets? This place is clean. Its smaller. But Clean. My clothes came out really clean. I took a star off for the variant times for the washers. I used the same 3 washers in a row and one small top loader got three different times, despite giving them all the same setting. So just an FYI, your clothes will wash for 13min, 18mins, or 21mins. Small white top loading washers are $ 2.50. Medium sized front loaders are $ 3.00. The big ones are $ 4.25. There are two TVs. This place also has a dry cleaning service and a wash per lb service. I didn’t see any vending machines, so bring your own snacks the first time around :) There are washers designated for«work clothes» only. I found that interesting, but I suppose that since Indy is a big Blue Collar type of town, one wouldn’t want their nice Chiffon Blouse to be washed in the same washer as lets say, a sooty steel mill shirt… All in all, pretty fair. I will most likely return until I get my nice new washer and dryer from the evil corporation giant known as SEARS holdings!
