GREAT WORKOUTS PLENTY OF VARIETY. The thing I like most about this studio is the variety of class options and levels they offer. Some are much easier than others, so different ages and skills levels can all feel welcome. They also frequently offer a chance to sample or drop-​in for a free class or open houses, so you can find the one that suits you best. The atmosphere is great. It doesn’t have that obnoxious competitive and judgmental vibe many places have, and the instructors definitely care about their students. Great if you are looking for a non pretentious alternative to the other female-​centric work out places.

My rating is based on the booty barre class. I wasn’t a fan. Wasn’t very strenuous and the instructor didn’t even do the workout with the class! I’m sticking to my booty barre DVDs with Tracey Mallet now she’s awesome!
