The store is awfully big and sells just about anything you need. There are more male staff members than females, but the men are highly knowledgeable about extensions and hair care products. When I needed to return something this one girl at the cashier desk demanded that I leave my return items in the desk. I did not like her attitude at all. That was the only offsetting thing I felt while being there. Well, my experience involved buying the most affordable virgin hair extensions. The one I picked out was a ModelModel brand and said that you could dye it, perm it, curl it, whatever, but it did not say virgin. See, I’m not very knowledgeable about different hair types which is why I needed help. When I asked the girl if the hair was virgin, she had to look all around the package to see if it said virgin. She said yeah, but she asked someone else and they said yes. So, I trusted their ‘expertise’ and did not like the result of my hair in the long run. It tangled like hell overtime. For something that I needed at an affordable price is also relative to the quality to the hair that you buy, so that is now my rule of thumb — to fish out extra dollars to buy better hair, even if I hate the price. She was nice though, but I just didn’t like how uncertain she was about the hair product. This location is out of my way, but I do come here if I’m around. The store is clean, the staff are really nice and you can find just about any single thing in there you can think of. It’s definitely a go-to place for sure and was also a good learning experience.

This is a mane must-do! They always give a haircare hookup. And ask for Roni who always gives a fair deal. Ask for a 10 percent discount with your membership card. Woot!

Really nice service here. They have all kinds of wonderful things. I usually come for hair extension materials and fake eyelashes. They also have Sari for belly dancing super cheap!

For all your ethnic(namely AA) needs. I’m rather stoic about this place. Since I don’t wear any hair weave or treat my hair with any chemicals, I find myself rarely at M&M. I drop in occasionally for bobby pins, a hair comb, maybe rollers. The guys that work there are friendly. Sometimes a little to friendly, but nothing rude or over bearing. They always offer a 10% discount if you have a little pink membership card. What I dislike most about this place is the parking lot. Its super tiny. Most people don’t worry about dinging your car. Personally, I don’t want any unwarranted nicks or scratches.
