Have been to these guys many times in the past. From getting an iPhone unlocked to buying a new iPhone, these guys do it all. There is a great coupon here to save a buck if you’re interested in using them. Definitely will beat any price nearby. Also, they’re super friendly and conveniently located next to one of my favorite restaurants, so an hour wait is quite welcome in my book. They fix Macs and Apple products, so save yourself the drive to Orland.

They were able to fix my daughter’s iphone5 that fell into the swimming pool. And like the other reviewer said, for a better price than the deductible and monthy payment for insurance! Very impressed with the very friendly service too (that means a lot to me). =)

Screen lasted 3 months and already cracked again towards the top by the speaker. I’ve had a LifeProof case on it since it was fixed and haven’t dropped it. I just noticed a small crack, took the case off, and its shattered all across top. So who knows. There’s a place in mall that does it for ~$ 50

NEVER AGAIN! Screen only lasted 4 Month! Phone was never dropped, and had an OtterBox defender on it the whole time, and the screen just randomly cracked. Now after paying almost $ 200 the store refuses to fix it, and told me I am out of luck.

hey, i read all the positive feedback on this company BEFORE buying from them. i was shocked when things went south in my transaction. if you like them as much as you say, you should encourage them to fix this situation.
i bought a used phone from them. it didnt work. they helped fix the first thing that didnt work, resolving a case i opened on ebay. a second, third and fourth problem came up, they said try and get a warranty replacement from TMobile, which i tried, but was told the phone was over a year old. i went back to them and they agreed to a return and refund situation, and i sent them the phone back.
today they told me ‘i sent them a different phone’ that the ‘imei numbers didnt match with what they had sent me’ and that they were not issuing a refund for the defective phone. ask yourself what you could do if this happened to you? i didnt send them a different phone i sent them the one they sent me. i didnt have another phone, and i dont have access the records theyre citing to make this decision, i just lose.
it could happen to you. good companies can sometimes do the most crooked thing and you could think because of their feedback its not possible, until it is. Mohammed Mohammed is the name of the owner, i spoke to him personally, and he personally told me i was out of luck. he is the person directly responsible for this ripoff act, i know i did everything right on my end, if you trust him, you are at risk.

problem 3 pronounced bubble in glass of a phone that claimed oem glass
problem 4 bluetooth and wifi wont fire on multiple restarts
it was an old and tired phone being sold as a good option for a busy persons daily use.

Was going to head into Chicago to replace broken glass but came across iFix. They did a great job! Fast service, reasonably priced. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

When my IPhone 4S screen cracked, someone recommended this place to me to get it fixed. They were very friendly and professional and my phone was like new in less than an hour. The price was VERY reasonable compared to having to replace the phone or having to live with the cracked screen until I could upgrade my phone. Had my s3 fixed here, I loved it was close to home… I declined to take insurance from my cell company due to the outrageous deductible after paying 12 bucks a month… with an otterbox case + replacement screen AND labor, (not digitizer, thankfully this was still in tact on my phone) it was still cheaper then the deductible and saved my phone till my upgrade… p. s. they are also owners/​managers of aladdin pita, «amazing»

Real fast service and good value

The guys are good!!! I took my son’s IPad to them because he smashed the glass. Within twenty-​four hours they fixed the IPad and It was returned to me as good as new. I am extremely happy with this company, they also offered a fair price to fix the broke IPad. Five stars, They are as good as it gets!!!

I broke my iPhone and took it in to be fixed. The screen they put on never worked right. I would try to type and end up with three of the same letter when I only pressed it once. Playing games was almost impossible because it wouldn’t press right where I was touching. My dog knocked it out of my hands a couple of months later and it fell about two feet and cracked again. After talking with another repair company, it seems they are using low quality screens that are cheap! I had mine repaired AGAIN by a nationwide company and much happier. It seems you do get what you pay for!

Living in North West Indiana great but sometimes you are forced to make the drive into the city to get certain technical services. After an unfortunate and not so graceful swan dive my iPhone 4s ended up with a shattered screen and after 2 weeks of searching for an affordable repair option I cam across iFix. I have been searching since the day of the incident and all of the shops I found were either in Chicago or the Western suburbs. I could have made an hour drive (if I am lucky and there is no traffic) to have my phone repaired but why take the business out of Indiana. After much souring I found iFix on Unilocal and best of all they are only about 10 miles from me .
Like many people these days my cell phone is my personal phone, home phone and business phone so giving it up for the day is next to impossible. The guys at iFix worked with me to bring in the phone after my work day and fixing it while I waited even it if meant they worked after regular business hours.
I am now the happy owner (once again) of a pristine iPhone 4s and I can once again read my emails without looking around the cracks in the shattered screen and I can play angry birds all I want without getting tiny cuts all over my fingers.
