There’s a well known secret in Merrillville, that if one would like delicious Chinese or Japanese take-​out that C&J is just the place. The food is always fresh and filled with flavor but does not have an over abundance of soy or salt added. In fact, I shared C&J’s food with my big sis who had moved to the area from Chicago and she now makes the trip from Valparaiso because the food is comparable to what take out was like in the big city. Yes, C&J beats the competition hands down!
