It kills me to give this business a single star. I called at 4:45 pm. to get my car towed to a dealership. I was told 60 minutes. I finally had to leave my place of employment at 6:00 p.m. to get a rental before it closed. At 7:30, I was contacted by the business next door saying that the car was still there. It was finally picked up at 9:30 p.m. I was told it would be at the dealer at 7:30 a.m. the following day. At 12:00 p.m. the following day, the car was still not there. I was laughed at and can not believe the level of unprofessionalism.
It is now 1:30 p.m. and I just received a call that my car is finally there. 1st Response? Good thing its not second! I would still be waiting!

We LOVE 1st Response Towing, My car had been stuck in the snow for 2 months and Nick or Rick came along and worked for 45 minutes in the cold and dark and was able to do what ABC Towing was not. He freed my car and did it without one word. Would hire again, this tow truck driver had an excellent attitude and a can-​do spirit. Great company when you are stuck in a rut!!!
