This is the best meat shop on Long Island and the owner Dave is awesome. Aside from having the best cuts of meat, he plays great music and always greets the customers with a smile. On more than one occasion when I purchased a really big order he has offered to have it delivered to my house and put in the freezer for me. (I have never taken him up on it but being that I am disabled, I may start)

Great place to buy a whole pig for a roast. Bought pigs from them twice already and price is equal to others. Pigs were delicious!

I have been going to Suberbia butcher for years. Their prices are very reasonable, the meat and poultry have been consistently excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. I love to cook and take pride in what I serve and with Suberbia I can be confident that their product will be fresh and delicious!

Extremely overpriced meats, no prices on most items… Our meat has been spoiled on multiple occasions which is not ok for a private butcher. Owners were extremely rude and said nasty things when we went to return the spoiled steak they sold us that ruined our Saturday evening meal. Avoid this dump of an establishment!
