Merrick taxi sucks ignores your calls after they say they are going to pick you up and never show up. Made us Miss our train mean while we told them 30 min before to pick us up. This company sucks don’t support them worst taxi place ever

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A CAB COMPANY EVER ! ! ! Arrived at JFK and taxi service told us they would have a car there in 10 minutes (mind you this reservation was made a couple of weeks in advance). Called 10 minutes later and they said a car would be there in 10 – 12 minutes. Called after ANOTHER 10 minutes and was told it would be another 10 minutes. We finally had to cancel the car and took a yellow cab home instead. A COMPLETE WASTE OF OUR TIME. Thanks for ending our beautiful vacation with this nonsense ! ! !

DON’T USE THEM IF YOU WANT TO GET TO THE AIRPORT ON TIME PLEASE READ ! The worst taxi service I ever used ! One, the pick-​up to the airport, he was late ! 40 minutes late ! Then the guy drove like an a— hole tail gated like mad drove so bad we almost asked to pull over and get out of the car. Then the pick up home yes we used them again for the pick– up a week later. We called them when we landed as they asked, told us 15 mins, no show half hour no show called them several times kept saying ten mins then said they are just pulling in and an hour later they finally showed up. We will certainly never use them again.
