You always come through! Having a clogged toilet is so stressful — worrying about getting it fixed, what it will cost, whether it will get worse and do serious damage. Being able to call Keith’s Plumbing and get things handled fast and economically is such a blessing! I tried another plumber and I felt taken advantage of. Not a good thing! Keith is amazing! He responds to messages very quickly. I had a water heater that needed replacing. It was replaced quickly, the work was to notch and cleaned. You never would have known he had been there. The best thing is his honesty, fairness and integrity. He will not do things unnecessarily to get more money. You will not regret hiring Keith.

Over the years I’ve used Keith’s Plumbing for a multitude of issues. In each case I’ve been more than pleased with the efficiency in responding to my request, the knowledge of Keith and his crew, the courtesy extended (imagine a service professional taking their shoes off on entering the house without even being asked!), the tidiness of the work, the reasonable competitive price.
I have complete satisfaction when I place my call and believe that I’ll be treated in an honest manner. I never have reason to question the advice given nor the price quoted. This is a company that defines the word professional.

Edit: ***The owner of this company threatened to sue me if I didn’t remove my legitimate negative review of my experience with the company; found contact information for and made unsolicited calls to my mother, real estate attorney, and another business I reviewed on Unilocal; and at least at the time of this writing wrote a public response to my review below with pointlessly berating personal comments and several lies about what I actually said privately and publicly toward him. There is also strong evidence he’s doctored his positive reviews. Beware!***
The level of fail is so high, I have to edit my post to essay length to cover everything that’s happened since my original review.
I originally called and scheduled a plumbing job with Keith’s company, and he was at least a bit rude on the phone. strike 1 from the outset… but I kept with the company because the owner said he could send someone the next day, on a weekend.
The day of the job, the person Keith sent apparently came a fair bit before the stated time window, according to the missed calls log: I was told the window of arrival was 10 a.m.- 12 p.m.; the one conversation I had with the plumber apparently sent to the property was answering his call at 9:55 a.m., where I just got out of bed and told him I’d be out soon. I use the bathroom, get dressed, come outside, I quickly verify he left… unannounced, no followup phone call or doorbell ring to ask for me again or threaten to leave… just disappeared.
I later call the number of the plumber sent, no answer. I immediately followup calling the mainline that Keith answers and verify that the guy he sent left, with his approval, because I was taking a few minutes too long to greet him outside. No apology. Terrible customer service.
I leave a bad review on a couple websites. The next business day is when things get really interesting. or crazy.
I wake up to a voicemail of Keith threatening to sue me if I didn’t take down my negative reviews. In it, he includes saying, «this isn’t the first time, and isn’t going to be the last time» in a context that I presume he means threatening lawsuit over a bad review… as in he makes a habit of pissing off customers intimidating them out of shaming him on the internet.
I soon find out from a couple lawyers that he has no case, and I’m not one to get bullied out of publicly identifying a bad guy, but that didn’t stop him from soon after finding and using contact information of my mother, the real estate attorney for the property, and another business I reviewed on Unilocal.
He also PMed me a long message that included threatening lawsuit again, as well as compensation for the service call… when he never said anything beforehand about a service fee charge (for his worker merely showing up or quoting a price). So, we can add scamming to his sins?
At no point has Keith, or anyone affiliated with the company, apologized for anything.
On top of all this, two days after my initial review, was a 5-​star review left by one «Jeff H.» on 04÷13÷15. As of this writing, the guy shows as based in California but rates a business that operates only in New York, as evidenced by the location of every other reviewer. Additionally, every other single review of his was a 1-​star bomb, and he hasn’t posted a review in over a year before this month. This seems extremely likely that Keith directed whoever this person is to post a positive review for him (said review may or may not have been taken down).

Called to schedule them to come check out a leak in my home. Left a message, never heard from them. Moving on…

Fixed our heating, the bill didn’t bankrupt us, and the house didn’t explode. What more can you ask for. We were able to call the office to discuss payment methods while the technician was still in our home. No hassle, good communication, friendly and polite. Would recommend.

I needed a plumber for an urgent issue, on a Saturday no less. I had a water leak under the kitchen sink. I was not an existing client. A technician was dispatched the same day. Evaluated the problem, gave me options at a fair price. Did not try to push me into replacing or more expensive ways to fix the issue. They completed the job respectful of the home and the people.
Job well done!
Would use them again.
