Hot Stuff Spa Service

I have been using tommy at hot stuff spas for close to 10 years to close my tub. I had a major issue with my tub this year and called the dealer and the spa company as well as the pack company to correct my issue. Finally they just washed their hands and gave up. Thanks DINO. Tommy and his crew at Hot Stuff Spa came back multiple times trying different things to correct the problem that I had. The so called experts at the spa company and dealer and pack company we all a bunch of idiots. The only expert here was Hot Stuff spa. Tommy Paul and the others kept coming back until they finally figured out what know one else could. The girls in the office are alway so nice and always call me back if I need to leave a message the same day. Thanks guys for taking care of my major issue and keeping my tub going. And for being like an old time company giving GREAT customer service.

Paid for platinum service, jacuzzi filthy cover left filthy jacuzzi not filled up. Cracked my Vinyl fence. Oh and jacuzzi not filled to the proper level clearly located on the jacuzzi.
It’s probably a small business.
Owner called Saturday night while I’m at dinner. Rude !
I paid cash got a smile while he knew he cracked my fence and did a bad job.
I will call my lawyer Monday if they don’t make it right and I’ll for fun waist 5k of my 25k retainer with my lawyer just to prove a point.
So if you want this review removed and a nice one put back, make the work right and pay attention to detail.

The service has gotten a lot better over the last few years. Quick to call you back and get an appointment when you have an issue.
