This niche business specializes in repairing Logitech Harmony universal remote controls.
For a flat fee they replaced all buttons not just the faulty ones.
The are capable of more complex repairs as well.
After an exchange on email, I mailed my Harmony 700 and payment. One week later the repaired unit arrived in my mailbox as good as new. In fact I thought it was new. But my custom programming was there.
Quin kept me informed throughout the week. His work is superb.
Hint: No need to mail the unit with those heavy batteries.
