This location has become a part of the World’s Gym franchise, and is getting a very-much-needed facelift. Hopefully the renovations will be more than«skin deep.» A lot of re-painting has already been done, and I been told that the locker/bathrooms will be redone, sans carpeting, which should go a LONG way in improving the physical environment. The music is very loud and rock-us/raucous(and not at all my kind of music). My experiences with the people here have been very good. They provide a nursery, which is great for parents who otherwise wouldn’t be able to get a workout in. I’ll be back to give it more stars when I see the finished product, and provided the cost doesn’t go up!

Dirty. Terrible management that care more about looking at themselves in the mirror than running a business. Also, do not leave jackets hung up in the locker room unattended. I’ve heard of many many thefts that have occurred, myself included. Take your money elsewhere.

Make sure that you read their contract thoroughly! Even if you pay for the year upfront they will continue to charge you every month! And charge you the yearly maintenance B.S. fees extra fees on top of it! I am not even allowed to cancel my membership and will continue being billed until the complete balance is paid. Management was unhelpful and very rude.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could! The Men’s locker room has a mold problem and most of the exercise machines are broken in one way or another. I signed up for a special 1 year pre-paid membership back in 2012 and thought everything was canceled. This year I see they have still be charging my credit card! I tried to contact their corporate office by phone and email but they would never get back to me. Now I’m getting emails saying they are sending me to collections after I disputed the charges with my bank. AVOIDATALLCOSTS

I do not recommend this gym at all, equipment is very old, rusty and not to mention the restrooms are just disgusting! Like everyone else here has mentioned good luck with trying to cancel your contract ! Please don’t waste your money here.

Still cannot seem to cancel my membership. Was told that I needed a written emailed confirmation stating I would like to cancel my «month to month» membership. I’ve been charged consecutively for two months since that email was sent. This is the CORPORATE office I’m dealing with. Disappointing.

the gym is run down, bad sound system, old equipment, nasty sauna. Did I mention… do not give them a credit card? Run, don’t walk, run in the opposite direction of this place. Well that’s my humble opinion. Then again, seems like plenty agree to avoid this gym. I enjoy 24 hr fitness though.

I’ve been working out here for almost a year now and couldn’t be more pleased. This very large gym has a variety of this to keep someone from having to do the same humdrum workout every day. There are great group workout classes, several cardio options and lots of weights if someone wants to do a lifting workout. Also the trainers are knowledgable and helpful. The only reason I’m not giving the gym five stars is I think it could be a little cleaner specifically in the boxing room. Warning though: it gets very busy on week days from about 5:30 to 7.

just had the worst, borderline scary, customer service experience of my life there. i went for a tour and the manager arbitrarily tells the front desk girl«Charge her for Day Pass» after my tour was done. The girls was like«I told her it was included in the tour». The manager lectured me about how it was a paying member facility and day passes are required. I’m fine with that, except it was a different story when I walked in. I was nothing but polite, but I swear the guy was roid raging and ready to punch me in the face for simply restating what I’d been told at the beginning of the tour. He stared me down at the front desk and the entire time I worked out(not long). I should’ve just left then, but I was in shock at how horrible it went. Plus, I figured, I endured his humiliation, I may as well work out. Awful, awful, awful.

donot sign up for their membership. they tell you that you can cancel at any time however they want a written cancellation request and will keep charging you for ever. I have not used Gold gym for over a year and they still keep charging my card. Which business asks their customers to send a written cancellation request.
