YooYoo Yogurt

I am a yogurt ‘groupie’ and this is by far a gem in Meridian.
We were visiting from the east coast and stopped in to see what their flavors were like. There were a lot of flavors available that were low fat, low sugar and even gluten free. Surprised and impressed by their selections. They had an assortment of toppings that were pleasantly unexpected.
I enjoyed the yogurt experience so much that I went a second time to see if it would be the same or worse. Definitely a positive yogurt experience.

The newness of finally having a froyo place in meridian wore off. While the yogurt isn’t bad, it’s the worst I’ve had of any other froyo place I’ve been to. They won’t get any yogurts that aren’t fat free or sugar free. That means none of the really yummy flavors you find elsewhere. Their tart is really just so-​so. I wish they would switch to a different distributor (and get some better flavors!). They also very very rarely rotate flavors. Seems like maybe once a month they’ll put a new one in the rotation, if that. I think less frequently, actually. Topping bar is good, and the smoothies are a nice touch! They just need to get better yogurt…
Service is great, and with the current monopoly, I guess none of this matters! No alternatives for froyo at the moment…
