I love the Higher Grounds. It has protein AND coffee! If I need an extra jolt, I’ll order extra coffee. I have liked all of the smoothies they serve but Higher Grounds and Peanut Butter Power are my favorites. The staff are always friendly too.

I like this place a lot! They offer a lot of dairy free options which is great for me because my daughter is lactose intolerant. Their smoothies are definitely refreshing and not overly sweet, if you don’t want them to be. I like that because sometimes I just want a healthy smoothie instead of something packed with sugar!

This is my favorite smoothie place!
Always greet you as you enter and the service is quick (Meridian Location)… My favorites are between Triple Berry, the All Star Acai and Higher Grounds (excellent alternative for coffee lovers).
I love how they offer shots of wheat-​grass, acai, ginger too. Decently priced. I Highly recommend.
They offer 10% off for military members/​dependents. And a loyalty punch card that fills up fast.

The only draw back is wish they would display or offer the calorie and sugar count for the smoothies.

Don’t let the 3-​star rating fool ya…
I like Tree City, but there’s simply no wow-​factor here. And while the service is friendly and courteous, I come here for one reason and one reason only — Higher Grounds. It’s my standing order and should be yours, too. Otherwise, the other smoothies are average fare.
Prices are reasonable. And they have a 10% military discount, if you’re in that circle. Plus, a loyalty punch card, to boot.
The Meridian location is just a few doors down from Sports Clips, where I’m also a regular. This is a pleasant place to go when there’s a long wait for my haircut.

Showed up at 8:51pm after rushing to get there by 9pm. As I pulled in The store looked closed. Lights looked dimmed and there was no open sign. An employee was taking out the trash. I pulled up to him to see if it was closed and he said I had 5 minutes. I didn’t know places closed at 8:56pm? I didn’t feel welcomed and didn’t want a spitball in my drink so I bailed. Another establishment run by teenagers who need to be somewhere by 9:01pm while the owner is at home thinking their business is in good hands. Seems like the common theme in town is to begin breaking down and cleaning an hour before close time. If you happen to go into the establishment during that hour you will feel unwelcome vibe in the atmosphere. Too bad excellent smoothies.

This place is fantastic. I had a Mango Maniac and loved it. The staff was friendly but quiet. A few things I didn’t like was the time it took to make a smoothie, it was about 20 min after ordering. It was nice to relax but if I were in a hurry to be somewhere I wouldn’t stop there to get a drink. I felt there wasn’t a lot of energy in the room. It was really quiet and everyone was kind of sitting/​standing around and not talking, which was a little awkward. I think if the music was a little louder or the staff was more talkative the energy would have changed a little. Those are my only complaints. I would definitely go back as the smoothies were worth the visit.

Just went today for the first time. Incredible food and smoothies. I got a wrap that was amazing. Service was friendly and fast, and the prices aren’t too high. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic place. The service is very fast and friendly. Prices are highly competitive with most national chains with a quality substantially higher. They’re also very invested in the local community.
The current website listed is incorrect. They are, however, on facebook.
