The Battery Exchange

Bought a battery a couple days ago. I called em and asked if they had one for my car and they did. I went down there that same day talked to em a lil bit and switch out my dead battery with the new one right then and there, I’ve never been there before so I gotta say my experience there was good.

Too bad there isn’t a ZERO star option. These clowns are nothing but a waste of your time, and their staff changes more often than a one year old’s diaper. I bought a battery 3 months ago, once home I found it wasn’t correct for the vehicle and didnt fit correctly. The following day the battery was dead and would not hold a charge so I returned it. They were out of the size I needed and told me they would call once they refurbished one — which never happened. I’ve returned 3 times to rectify the problem and the last time they gave me the original battery I had purchased.
The fuel and time I’ve spent dealing with them would have easily paid the difference for a new battery from another local battery store, such as Interstate Battery. Your time is valuable, buy elsewhere and save yourself some frustration.

This place is a scam. Don’t be fooled. They’re the same price as everyone else and never seem to have your battery cheaper.
