If you want St Lukes to bill your insurance they won’t, they will tell you they did then bill you $ 900 when your insurance says you owe $ 200 then they will put $ 900 into collections. But I mean if you want that to happen then by all means go to St Lukes!!! WORST COMPANY EVER

Do not use this facility if you have migraine headaches and need to have Botox injections given in a timely manner. I have been trying to get an appointment for my daughter since SEPTEMBER and it is December 10^th. The schedulers are incompetent, rude, unprofessional and desperately need retraining. The excuse given for this treatment is «they are understaffed.» If you want to be verbally assaulted by incompetency at it’s finest, try and get an appointment with their neurology department.

the hospital is clean and nice staff, but very very very very very slow in everything, they are slow in seeing you and slow in taking care of you and slow in doing test for you and slow to get the results for you, slow in everything and anything they do, if you are in a serious pain dont go there because you will die before they fix you.

I have lots of hospital visits in my life due to family members with serious chronic illnesses. I have been to this center for procedures, imaging, ER visits, hospital stays and doctor’s appointments.
This is a wonderful facility. All of the staff members we’ve encountered have been helpful and kind.
Like any medical situation, it’s best to be proactive. Make sure you have a complete medications list with you — and you may even need to bring the meds themselves. One of my husband’s anti-​rejection medications (needed due to an organ transplant) was not available here at the hospital.
My husband didn’t order a breakfast meal for this morning, and I thought it was very nice that they called his room to see if he wanted anything.

Great Hospital on all accounts. Clean, friendly yet knowledgeable staff, and qualified doctors that all treat you like a human and actually try to help you (whether or not you have insurance)! What a concept!
