This review is in comparison to other Raising Cane’s that I have been to.
Generally, and especially in Louisiana, Raising Cane’s is amazing. There’s a magic about the place. Here in Meridian, it’s just ok. It is cleaner than most fast food places, sure, but when the service is slow, and customer service isn’t anything but doing the bare minimum, it doesn’t even feel like Raising Cane’s. Part of it is the Point of Sales system: from the way the cashier was working with it, it seemed archaic and laborious just to use.
Considering, as a traveler, it is 4 miles off the interstate, I wouldn’t seek it out again, but it par for the course of the fast food world (not so good in relation to other RC’s).

Way better than Zaxbys and guthries. Original store in Baton Rouge, and this franchise is extremely consistent nationally. Their original sauce is my fav and it is always cooked to order. Highly recommend if in a rush and want some fried food. I’ve gone to this location 4 times, and I have yet to have a bad experience.

Short of the gay bashing chicken place by the interstate, probably the best fast food service in Meridian. It’s not quite Zaxby’s or Gunthrie’s, but still darn good chicken fingers and sauce.
