The staff at Park Place Property Management is outstanding. Every time I call in, I actually get to talk to someone. They also take the time to listen and make sure to take care of their clients. The girls in the office are very friendly and courteous. Thank you PPPM for all you do…

When we were looking for a place for my aging father in law, I turned to Park Place after looking forever for just the right place. Not only where they quick and courteous, they were committed to helping us find what we needed.
They staff was quick, thorough, and willing to do what it took to help us find exactly the right place. They actually had many more options than we were finding on our own and were concerned about putting him in the right place not just any place.
The process of renting for him was quick and painless and mostly online which really helped and they’ve been quick to address anything we’ve needed along the way.
I’ve not used them as a management company but based on my current experience I’d come here first.

Amenities are nice but don’t expect to get your deposit back! I got charged almost $ 100 for nail holes when I hadn’t hung anything on the walls, the carpet cleaning was over $ 300 due to pet stains (a couple very small, and already cleaned spots mind you) because they replaced the pad, and other completely frivolous charges. The sad part is the manager at my complex was awesome, but moving out left a super bad taste in my mouth.
I did try to reason with them, but they held firm. Seriously, over $ 500 from my deposit and I left a clean apartment after 6 months? The only reason you get 2 stars instead of 1 is because of Jaime at Brassy Cove.

Absolutely recommend! Very professional, insightful and eager to help at a moments notice. I have worked with the gang at PPPM for almost five years now and have had complete success with occupancy, on-​sight property management and as well as their service staff. I have always found them to be one step ahead of the problem and always working to find the best resolution for both the renter as well as the landlord. Park Place works hard to satisfy the most difficult of people and thrives to be one of the best in the valley.

I came to town from California to tour apartments with my roommate. We found park place and chose to view two apartments through the company. Terrible choice! Not only were they unaccompanied tours (what if we have questions or chose to put down a deposit?) the second of the two apartments was destroyed! Garbage lined the floor, the bathroom cabinets were off their hinges, the stove top was completely disassembled, and to top it off there was urine on the carpet! It was like no one even came by to check out the property or make sure it was in proper shape for a viewing. When I called to tell the company they were aware! They just chose not to clean it up because they «don’t do maintenance on the property until it is rented». Excuse me, but what are you paid to do then? TRY DOING YOUR JOB. Very unprofessional.

Worst experience I have ever had with a property management group. Was looking for a hone to rent in Boise area and was treated horribly. They wouldn’t return calls and when they did they were rude and short over the phone. I had set up times through their system to view homes and nothing gave me suggested times, just repeated responses that my time needed to be rescheduled. Finally I had set up to view a unit and the wrong key was in the box. They then missed two subsequent showings. It just not worth working with them. Its hard enough to find a rental without this group wasting valuable time.

Upon arriving in Boise with my u-​haul and needing a place to live as soon as possible, I toured various properties some of which were PPPM properties. I decided to sign at one of Park Place’s communities. They were able to get me moved into my new home in less than 24 hours after I provided a signed application! I could hardly believe it.
PPPM uses technology to make applying and then signing leases quick and extremely easy through the DocuSign system. (No printer needed for any part of the process). The staff at their corporate office was very friendly and eager to assist me in the process despite my pressure to move quickly. The property manager and her assistant were responsive and helpful during the process.
Time will tell how Park Place holds up as a management group, but I have had a very positive experience thus far. The community that I am a part of, Linder Springs, is great. The townhouses are brand new and I loved the flood plans they had to offer. I have zero complaints thus far since moving in a few weeks ago.

I have used Park Place to manage my rental property for almost 3 years. From the get go I was nervous. They are hard to reach for service… always in meetings… and continually make up reasons to take money from the monthly rental payments. Out of 3 years, I probably saw my whole rent payment 4 times. There is always the property inspection fee, or the yearly admin fee, or the maintenance that «Had to be done» but they can’t provide any pictures even when you request it for all maintenance. DON’T USE PARK PLACE PROPERTY if you have a house to rent out. Even my tenants were not happy with them. Because of their horrible maintenance policies, I now have to pay over 3k to get my house back up to where it was when they took over.

My parents had an experience with this company when they used them to manage renters in their home while out of state. I absolutely recommend you read the 44 reviews that are down at the bottom the page. They are extremely informational and must read!

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL.
As experienced renters we have never had to deal with a group of people so incapable and uninterested in doing the job in which they are paid for each month. After simple repairs were continually neglected on their part, we had to call and email on a daily basis for over three months to have a simple appliance repair completed. That of which, didn’t last as our dryer broke a short two months later. Regardless of the PPPM employee we dealt with, our problems were met with excuses and never an apology.
We will NEVER rent through Park Place Property Management ever again. Experience in laziness and incompetence must be on the job description.

This is the worst property management company. Don’t use them they will treat your house like it a dump and do nothing but charge you!

My husband and I looked a few of there homes all not cleaned and one they kept telling us had a key but three days of trying yo see it no key. we finally checked at this 4500 sft home. The moment we waled in we loved it except it was very dirty and had not been cleaned anywhere throughout the house, we found this strange not even the carpets and their showing a very expensive home to people. We decided to rent it and asked if they were going to clean it? Yeah of course! NO they did not… Carpets were wet and not any cleaner, and they had a guy come over to touch up paint after we were already moving in. After we move in here is the list of problems we EMAILED about
Both fireplaces don’t work, 1 week to come fix
Refrigerator doesn’t work, 2 weeks and 3 different people to fix it
Shower upstairs doesn’t work, half fixed it with a part from the shower down stairs
Shower down stairs doesn’t work, 4 months to fix 4 people to Look at it
Jets in the tub, 2 months then I fixed myself
Stove has a gas leak, 3 weeks 4 people looked at it we got it fixed because we need a stove.
Garbage disposel leaks still leaks
Sprinkler pump broken 3 months 3 people to fix it and caused us a $ 100 water bill trying to save the lawn
3 sprinklers broke, 1 day fixed (WOW)
Sprinkler pump pipes exploded flooded the lawn and yard my husband and I painfully held the pipe together until someone came to turn it off and still NO ONE has come to fix the pump and the grass has now started to die again. I got a call finally they will be out Tuesday to fix it. Mean while I have the owner wanting to sell the home the yard is dead and we look like bad tenets…
All in all we think for $ 2,500 rent we should have a fully functioning house and faster response time when u need to water an acre of land, feed your kids, refrigerate your food, and have more then one working shower.

Great company to work with. Austin, Brook, Stephanie and Shaun has all been fantastic. They are quick to respond, have great follow through and are flexible when working with your schedule. HIGHLY recommend this company if you are looking for any property in the Treasure Valley area.

This rating will likely change as time goes on. Currently we are in contract with Park Place. But I do question the people that referred us to them. We have had very little go right with our dealings with Park Place, though admittedly, most of it is small stuff. But so many things … so many. It does make one wonder just how poorly run a company can be and still maintain existence.
I hope that when the year or two is up I’m able to write and say something better about them. Currently I have to encourage anyone looking to rent or have their properties manged to look elsewhere. I wish I’d checked them out here before. They apparently have a history of dissatisfied former tenants and property owners.
Remember your due diligence.

I lived in the Rock Creek Apts for about 5 years before Park Place took over management, and when they did, it was not for the better in several ways. With the previous managers, the cost of rent would go down the longer you stayed with them. With Park Place, our rent went up immediately after they took over. They also started doing «Pet Inspections», adding another $ 50 every month, which consisted of simply walking around and taking pictures with an iPad, but nothing that had to do with the actual animals themselves. Also, when the previous managers had something they wanted to communicate, they would do so by sending out a flier to each tenant and communicating the same message to all. With Park Place, baseless complaints by neighbors were followed up by mailing out warnings and threats to fine, without even the courtesy of a flier, phone call or email, to inquire about the situation, which would have quickly resolved the misunderstanding. Notices to enter the premises were also mailed out 24 – 48 hours beforehand, barely enough time to make plans to make sure we were there. The previous management never did any of these things. With other properties I’ve lived in, I’ve always received all of my deposit back, except for carpet cleaning and painting. With Park Place, most of my deposit ($ 500 out of $ 900) was kept due to fixing things that were actually brought to their attention about a year earlier, were supposed to be fixed but never were (floor tiles that were not secured permanently), resulting in around $ 400 in labor being taken out of the deposit; (labor that they were supposed to provide, but didn’t until after we moved out). More money was also kept for cleaning things that were either already clean or weren’t there. ie. «Dust/​bugs in living room lighting fixtures», however there are no lighting fixtures in the living room, that’s why we had to use lamps. «Cleaning microwave, top of fridge, sink», all of which were already thoroughly cleaned. «Filling nail holes», which we already did. So despite staying in contact with them about things that needed to be repaired, treating the property inside and out as if it were my own, (ie. replacing outside hose myself, watering dry grass patches, replacing kitchen lighting myself, picking up neighbors garbage in the surrounding area, tossing trash bags left outside the bin into the dumpster on several occasions, picking up other dogs’ poop, etc.) thoroughly cleaning everything that needed to be and more (resulting in sore shoulders and bleeding finger tips, not worth the small return), and paying out the rest our lease, even though we wouldn’t there anymore, (all of which you should do anyway, but I’ve heard horror stories of people who do the exact opposite) I still wasn’t treated like a good tenant. Given this experience, I cannot recommend renting from them.
