McDonald’s

While driving to Tennessee on a Sunday evening the kids became hungry when they saw a McDonald’s sign from the interstate. Unfamiliar with the area I turned to Unilocal but there was only one review more than two years ago, so we chanced it.
This McDonald’s appeared to have been remodeled with bright lights around the building and drive-​through, televisions on the wall, an order ready number screen, and the menu with calories of each item on public display. The bathrooms were fairly clean with hands-​free soap dispenser, water, & hand dryers.
I tend to locate the rating on the wall whether a number or letter just to make sure the restaurant passed inspection & it had an A rating. The young lady who took our order was friendly and got our order right, that is a plus for me especially in fast food. Our food was hot and pretty good. Hope this review is helpful those who drive through Meridian, Ms.

This was the worst McDonalds I have ever been in. Trash cans overflowing. A million flies in the restaurant. TERRIBLE customer service. This place doesn’t deserve 1 star

This McDonald’s has people taking orders with wireless boxes before you get to the counter, or the drive up menu board, to speed things up. When I arrived, they had 2 school bus loads of handicapped children filling the dining room. They do very well keeping things moving. They have nice hand painted ‘murals’ on most of their walls, and a couple of TVs to keep up on the news.
