I have been to almost every vape store in the Nampa/Boise area and this store is by far the best! Not only is it a beautiful store, the customer service is excellent. I drive from Nampa to this store for all my e-cig needs even thou there are 4 or 5 stores in Nampa because they are worth the drive!

I hit at least five or six shots once a month when I come to Boise and these guys are awesome. Every time I taste upwards of 20 flavors spend a half hour of their time tasting and they’re always very cordial and informative. If you’re a serious vaper and like higher wattages these guys rock!

Worst customer service I have had at a Vape shop. Bought an «authentic» mod from these guys. Used it the first day, and it was shocking me. Brought it back in and one of the employees took it apart and found metal shavings where the firing pin is. He cleaned it out and I agreed to try it again. One week later same issues and took it back in. I told them I wanted to swap for a different mod and they said they couldn’t without talking to a manager and sent me back on my way. Will not shop here ever again. If something is obviously defective empower your employees to make it right. Plenty of other shops that actually care about doing good business.
