Lice Knowing You

5+++ stars! I gave them a call late last night and while leaving a message I received a text from the Manager I believe. She was letting me know she was on the phone assisting a client. We shared a few texts and I let her know what was going on. She was able to schedule myself and my daughter the next day.
We showed up a few minutes early. The staff was amazing. Took us right in, explained things to us and were so sweet to my little one. They answered all of my questions and we very knowledgeable. The double checked each others work and my daughter and I were in an out within an hour I believe. (We did chop off our hair before going in a few days prior so I had like an inch of hair left and my little one had it right above her shoulders)
Again the staff was amazing. So kind and sweet. Not phony at all. Very genuine!
We go back in 5 days to have our hair checked out one more time.
I was able to schedule my husband for Saturday morning to have his hair checked as well.
