Les Schwab Tire Center

I had to leave my car for several hours today to have a flat fixed. So why, you say, would I give them 5 stars for having to wait? Because the fact that they even got to it with the load of cars they had today was amazing to me. It appeared that every car in Meridian and environs was there to have their studded tires put on.
Now since I have a Subaru, I haven’t switched tires for years. I just wanted the not so slow leak fixed. The guys in the bays said it has been like today since the snow last Thursday. I sympathized with them and asked if it got a little exhausting to be get there at 0700 and not leave until the cars were done? Yes, he said, it will be after 2000 before they are done tonight. So working in that cold for over 12 hours gets my «At a Boy/​Man.»
This is probably the newest Schwab store around here and has the obligatory free popcorn, free WiFi, and clean rest rooms. And to boot, they didn’t charge for the tire repair. I don’t think I have ever paid for a flat repair from Schwab. Great policy.
I would dock a half point if there was a 4.5 score because they, like so many businesses in Meridian and Boise, they haven’t plowed the sidewalks on their property. Isn’t there an ordinance requiring sidewalk clearing in so many hours? If not, there should be. But there isn’t a 4.5 stars, I think a 5 star is still warranted.

Compared to a lot of the other locations this les schwab has their act together. They are very professional and do their best to be helpful. Thanks for a great job!

Second visit, and they came running again. Work was performed efficiently, tire change over and brakes. I was in the shop for under 2 hours. Fantastic service. Thank you!
