Las Fuentes

Horrendous. The food was horrendous. Over-​fried crap. It was unappealing visually, tasted bad and made us feel unwell immediately. I don’t think the restaurant employs proper chefs, it’s more like a low-​quality fast food microwave-​type joint.
Can’t believe I wasted my money on that.

This place was absolutely horrible. We waited 20 minutes to even get drink orders. Then they told
Us they were closing and rushed us. Also, my margarita had no liquor in it. On top of that, I told him I was highly
Allergic to cheese and he covered my
Entrée with cheese then told me to switch with someone at the table instead of bringing me something else. Everyone’s dishes at the table had cheese. I would have rather eaten the mystery meat at Taco Bell then this place. On top of that, I saw cockroaches. Take my advice… Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I hail from a border town with Mexico and after spending sometime in Meridian I’m pressed to say that Las Fuentes is one of the few restaurants that comes close to an authentic Mexican meal in Meridian. Surprisingly so because its a mall restaurant, which adds to its splendor. They have done a wonderful job in creating such a festive ambiance. Guests get a lot of energy from the environment and from the staff. Good food, ice-​cold quality drinks, all at affordable prices!
Las Fuentes Restaurant happens to be right across from the movie theatre which is perfect to make an evening out of grabbing some dinner and drinks before the movie!

First time tying this place! Chips and salsa were great! Lunch beef fajitas were amazing (7.99)! I recommend this place! Service was not over the top.

I was visiting my boyfriend who was located here for his military training. The restaurant seemed fairly promising upon walking in the door. The service ended up being terribly slow, and the server said that the other server didn’t show up to work. Understandable, I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years. It happens.
A friend’s margarita had to be sent back twice. Once because it was wrong and the second time because the drink was syrupy and thick. I looked up noticed two cockroaches on the wall. The best part is our table was located right by the kitchen. Imagine what it looks like in there. I really wasn’t in the mood to eat after that. We debated on telling them but assumed they probably knew but didn’t want to say anything to us.
Overall, I have no interest in eating there again. Don’t want a side of cockroaches with my burrito.
