I can’t even comment on the food, we didn’t get a chance to eat here due to terrible customer service. We walked in, and saw two people dining, which should have told us something. We weren’t greeted at all, not even a look. So I walked up to the counter and waited for the woman to finish typing on her cell phone before I asked my question. I waited and waited, watching her type two feet away from me, so I just interrupted her texting to ask her something. She didn’t even look up to give me her short answer! I then went to the restroom and came back out only to find some scruffy kid from the back, now up front on his phone, absolutely oblivious. The rude woman was now in the back with gloves on. And that is when we just decided to leave. I will go home and slop together my own sandwich.

I’m very conflicted about this place. We stopped at Chickfila for our son, but we wanted something different for our own lunch. We tried HBH for the first time. We chose the hot club sandwich. It was ready in 5 – 6 minutes. The sandwich was on really good dark bread with oats on the crust. The filling was a slice each of turkey, ham, bacon, cheese, lettuce, and tomato, along with«savory» mayo and honey mustard. The bread was warm — not toasted at all, but the cheese was not melted. It was kind of in between a hot and cold sandwich. Overall it was very good(thanks to the great ham and turkey) but the bacon was soft and barely cooked. If the sandwich had been fully heated and the bacon had been crunchy(or at least not limp) the sandwich would have been a solid 4 stars. The pasta salad was bland, but the broccoli salad was very good IF you like raisins. It was broccoli, bacon, onion, a light mayo dressing, and loads of yellow raisins. The location was easy to get to and very clean. Dominique, who took our order, was very polite. The young woman with orange hair was unpleasant and somewhat offensive. She brought the experience from a 4 to a 3.

I love honey baked ham, and this place serves great food. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I’ve had several interactions with the kid that works the front counter who is kind of rude. I’ve also seen him be rude to other customers. But I haven’t seen him the last couple times I’ve been there, so maybe he went off to college or found a new job which would greatly improve the experience here!

The sandwiches can be very good. I think it depends on who is making the sandwiches. The sandwiches were all the same on the beginning but can be different now. I would recommend Honey Baked Ham but you never know how the sandwich will be. The guys that normally take the orders have very little personality.

We’re on our way home from vacation, and I had to give them some love since I saw no one has reviewed yet. As far as honey baked hams go, this location is great. Our service was good, the woman at the counter was very nice and even threw in a small sample of ham for my younger brother. I had the chef salad with a cup of fruit and it was much better than our home location. They close at 6. If you’re traveling through its pretty convenient from the interstate and has very clean bathrooms and friendly workers! Not to mention some good sandwiches and salads.
