I had a business card left by my deceased Father in Law for Greyloch. It was the previous owner so when I called I talked to Clint, the«new» owner. The craftsman electric door was doing some weird stuff, so he talked me through the fix over the phone. I’ll I needed was a ladder, a screwdriver, nerves of steel and my reading glasses. Took about 10 minutes total and now the door is working correctly. I asked him where to send the money and he said«No charge» — words not often heard nowadays. I thanked him profusely and told him that when things really go bad or need a replacement — he’s the man!!!
