Pizza was excellent but really $ 8.00 for a very small glass of house wine and $ 5.00 for a kids root beer… rip off on beverage.

This was our first time eating at flatbread. I give it 4 stars because they got our order wrong and the pizza was really soggy. I wish I could give it 3.5 stars because it wasn’t quite 4 stars. We didn’t get a chance to correct the waitress because she didn’t check back that often & we had to leave soon so my boyfriend could make it to work on time. We had to wait quite awhile for our food to come as well, and our pizza came before our appetizer. Despite that, the roasted goat cheese appetizer was delicious. I will give them another shot in the future. The waitress was friendly also.

We’ve always loved this place, especially the patio in the warm months. The food and service was great yesterday. Love the Mac and cheese!!! My bf was happy that they had local ciders as he’s not a beer or wine person. But… the patio, deck, tables and chairs were filthy! Not like a wind storm with leaves and some dirt but months if not years of neglect. Sticky & greasy. A good hot, soapy pressure wash would go a long way! And… If it’s filthy in the outside, the inside is probably similar. I’ll go back but will only stay if it’s been cleaned. Ick!

Always five stars every time we go. Sometimes the service is a bit slower but they are always friendly and helpful. On our last visit, our server went above and beyond to recommend items and was sure to check in on our opinions. We tried two delicious sandwiches… One with meatballs and the other a portobello mushroom. They were both presented beautifully and were very flavorful. The kids LOVE to make their own pizzas… So fun. Dessert was 3 amazingly gooey chocolate chip cookies for the kids and a delicious budino for the adults to share. We usually order pizzas and have loved every one we have tried… Especially the bianco magnifico! Delicious! Can’t wait to go back during the warmer months and enjoy the great patio.

The Italian Wedge salad was amazing and the classic cheese pizza was good authentic thin crust Napolitano pizza that I have had, outside of NYC and San Francisco. Great location with outdoor seating. Also have gluten free and goat cheese pizza available, however, my only negative was that the Gluten free crust was subpar, and contained corn(which was a problem for half of my family).

This place is my favorite go to for salad. The deconstructed salad is the bomb. Honey loves anyone of there pizza’s. Wow just writing this review and made up my mind I am going here for dinner tonight.

I felt the pizza was under cook taste like ash from the fire my plate was black with ash. The cook was using the same cooking utensil to stir the fire to remove pizza with.

This is a favorite place for me and the hubby. We usually split a salad and a pizza and sometimes an appetizer too. We have tried almost all the pizzas and they are all delicious. Picking one just depends on what you are in the mood for. The atmosphere is warm and cozy in the winter or you can sit on the patio in the summer. Love that they have a happy hour now! The cookies and milk are a great way to end the meal.

We’ve eaten at Flatbread numerous times and have always enjoyed it. Our standard appetizer is the prosciutto wrapped prawns. Four plump prawns wrapped in just the right amount of prosciutto and cooked in the pizza oven. Baby arugula and a fig glaze finishes off the dish. Always a winner. I’ve had a number of the pizzas. Most are quite good but there are a couple that don’t float my boat. The maple fennel sausage pizza is too sweet, as is any of the pizzas with balsamic cippolini onions. Just not my cup of tea. The others are consistently good. The only downside is that occasionally it seems that the oven just isn’t hot enough and the pizzas can come out a little on the soggy side. My wife typically orders the half and half for lunch. The chicken/apple/walnut and the iceberg wedge salads are her favorites. The sandwiches are all quite good. A decent wine by the glass list rounds out the menu nicely.

Wonderful lunch, but $ 5.75 for a «pint» of beer? Painful.

Flatbread is the one place where I know, for 100% fact, that I’m going to get a good meal and fabulous service each time I go, no matter when I go and no matter what I order. It’s just that good, all the time. Food: You can’t go wrong with their Pick 2(Craft 2) lunch specials, from 11 – 4 daily. Whether it’s a pizzetta, salad, half mac and cheese, sandwich or a soup, it’s ALLGOOD. Our favorites are the quattro formaggi pizzetta, mac and cheese and chicken apple walnut salad. The new kale salad is also really good, and the nuts and seeds on top are delicious. My husband’s favorite appetizer is the sea salt flatbread, and I love the bruchetta. Literally, it’s ALLGOOD! If you’re a mac and cheese lover, try the mac and cheese! One of the best parts is the cookies and milk for $ 1 after a meal. The perfect light topper to a great meal! Drinks: Daily drink specials, great hot tea and coffee! Atmosphere: The atmosphere is great. It’s not a huge dining room so it gets very cozy and romantic when it’s busy. You can also sit outside during the warmer months, and the patio is wonderful. Good people watching in the little park they have there! My favorite spot in the whole place is at the tables by the fire place. It’s the warmest, coziest spot! Service: Always fast and super friendly. Flatbread servers always seem like they really enjoy their jobs. Happy Hour Offerings: Daily happy hours, with the best lunch pick 2 special around daily from 11 – 4 Healthy Hack: Very healthy salad options. I always order the half salads and they’re plenty for one! Tips: Ask for their ranch with pizza… it’s a chipotle ranch and so tasty!

Met a friend here for lunch. It’s a little hard to find – ok, maybe ‘hard to find’ isn’t exactly right – it’s just easy to pass by as their sign is not very visible. Service was prompt and very attentive. I know Flatbread is their thing(I mean, it’s in their name, after all), but they have mac & cheese on the menu! So, of course, I couldn’t resist. Had half order of their mac ‘n cheese(which was ahhh-plenty – I still had some to box up and take home). It’s made with four cheeses and is very rich. Delicious…but as rich as Daddy Warbucks, my friends. And, then… on the way home with my darling(aka, the takeout box) riding shotgun, I listened to a little Simon & Garfunkel. And, theeeen… Well, my friends, this is what happens when you pair Flatbread’s amazing pasta selections with an overzealous love of cheesy mac, a little geekiness(on my part… not Flatbread’s), and the best American Folk Rock duo of the 60’s: Coo, coo, ca-choo, my love, Mac ‘n Cheese This girl loves you more than you will know (wo, wo, wo) Oh bless me please, my love mac ‘n cheese Takeout box is filled with you – oh yay– (Hey, hey, hey… hey, hey, hey) Sitting on a sofa on a Sunday afternoon Going to locate a pasta plate Laugh about it, shout about it When you’ve got to fuel Ev’ry time you look at it, you drool Where have you gone, my Formaggio My craving turns its hungry eyes to you (woo, woo, woo) What that you say, my love mac ‘n cheese Flatbread’s kickin’ mac is here to stay… (Hey, hey, hey… yay, yay, yay) I mean… if a dish meets the«I want to sing about it» level of lovely… then, I think it’s safe to say it’s pretty awesome. Right!!! Right. Get to it!

Came here for lunch on a Saturday and was surprised it wasn’t packed. There was plenty of seating open and as I waited for my friend to arrive the place slowly filled up. Our server was very pleasant and checked in on us a couple times and said good bye before she headed off shift. They have a great selection of food items to satisfy your taste buds. You have the option of fine pies(pizza), sandwiches, soups, and salads. I love their pick two option during lunch as it give you an opportunity to try a couple items on the menu. I settled on the Margherita and the Chicken Apple Walnut salad. I was happy with my choice as they both were tasty. The Meridian location offers a full bar so if you have a favorite drink you can request one or settle on one their several cocktail options, beer or wine. Great experience and I will be back.

This is a great downtown Meridian restaurant. It is casual, but really nice. The people who work there really make the atmosphere inviting! The menu has many things to offer along with Gluten free choices. The food is not your typical pizza joint food. The unique combinations of types of pizzas and flatbreads to their salads is pleasing to any palate. There’s definitely something that anyone will like. They have a fun kids menu too! Kids can make their own pizza or have a choice of smaller kid friendly food. And their Mac n Cheese is, in my opinion, the best… if you like Mac n Cheese you might like to try it with different add-ins for a different dish each time you visit. It’s a nice place to dine alone, meet up for a lunch or dinner date, or even have a large group gathering! The staff here know and practice hospitality! A big shout out to our waitress from tonight: Mitzy, thanks for the great service!

One of my favorite places in Meridian. They have a great atmosphere for enjoying a few drinks and a pretty decent Flatbread pizza. They have an outdoor patio which is nice, and a decent size bar. I would give 5 stars if they put more toppings on the pizza.

5 stars could not describe how amazing my visit was. I decided to take my best friend to my favorite pizzeria that reminded me of home(I’m from Italy). We were greeted by a really nice girl who sat us outside. And let me tell you. The patio area was so lovely. The weather was also nice so sitting on the patio was the best option. Our server Kara was so helpful! She rocked! Our food was so good. The quattro stagioni was a little slice of home. And my best friends food was also perfect! Thank you for you excellent service and giving me the opportunity to show my best friend a taste of Italy!

Took nephew today. He got Pasta Bolognese. It was a great portion. Came with meatball and big noodles. He loved it and they brought it out first which was awesome. Rumor is they are keeping the Mushroom Kale Soup because it has been so popular… i hope so! Great food and service as usual!

We arrived here a couple of months ago as Pilgrims to the Treasure Valley looking rode hard and put away wet. I imagine we appeared one stop away from homelessness we were so bedraggled after a grueling 20 hour day of ‘heavy lifting’. I know we were hungry given we hadn’t eaten in 18 of those hours. We arrived just at start of the happy hour specials menu. We took a table in the bar and as the female server approached to greet us the male bar tender said, firmly, «I’ll help them». Perhaps being protective of her given our appearance? Or taking pity on us for the same reason? :-) Whether it was that we were so hungry or in need of some human care and comfort or both I do not know. But in all the meals we’ve eaten in another Flatbread location(in Bend) this was the tastiest food and cocktails. In fact, the baked goat cheese with fire roasted tomatoes we ordered from the happy hour app menu was one of the most delicious things. Normally I write reviews that describe food and ambiance and service in some detail. All I remember to say about this experience is we entered hungry and forlorn and we left feeling well fed in tummy and soul. To show our appreciation for being able to «come as you are» and for food and service we left a really big tip. THIS N THAT: 1) ACCESSIBILITY: Accessible parking is in lot in back. So that you don’t have to travel all the way around to the front if you have mobility limits, they will be very nice if you need to enter via ‘employees only’ door right off that accessible parking lot. Some seating is standard height. Sadly all bar booths are step up. 2) LUNCHTWOFOR… is it $ 10? Offering the same special here as Bend it can’t be beat as a great deal at lunch time. 3) SALADS: One does not expect great salads at a small chain place. For that reason one is delighted here as the salads are fresh, creative and wonderful.
