I love love Leah Morgan. I wouldn’t use any other realtor in all of Idaho. She definitely knows her stuff. She is always positive, informative and not pushy. She really listens to your wants and needs. She executes so beautifully. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. I have bought and sold with her and now so has my family.

My house was listed and sold through Caldwell Banker Tomlinson Group. A very nice group of people to work with. My agent hustled to get the house listed, told me everything I wanted to hear, and got the house on the MLS. They actively marketed the home for about 2 months, then fizzled out a bit while it sat on the Intermountain MLS for a while with few showings. The overall experience wasn’t terrible, but I’ve experienced much better. The listing sold after about 6 months, and I closed within acceptable range of my listing price. I am either too high maintenance, or expect too much from my listing agent. This wasn’t a typical 150K treasure valley home — it was 3 times that in fact — so I accept that it took longer market time. I only wish the enthusiasm that existed when getting the contract from me to list the property was sustained throughout the entire transaction. Would I use them again? Yes, but only for smaller and cheaper investment properties, not my primary residence.

I wish I could give Anita Corbett negative stars, but unfortunately, Unilocal doesn’t allow that. I have attempted to contact her several times via voicemail as well as email and have yet to receive any contact from her. I consider that not only blatantly disrespectful, but also unprofessional on the part of a ‘licensed’ individual. She felt it appropriate to share about all her successes; however, did not feel the need to share how she was recently fired, after three months, as a couples’ agent due to inability to even show their house. After hiring a new agent, within 10 days their house had sold. I would not only advise AGAINST using her as your agent, I would say stay as far away from any of the services she could potentially offer, she is nothing less than a wolf in sheep’s clothing.
