Meriden, CT
Not the worst Dunkin’ around. However, the staff (like at most Dunkin Donut franchises owned by this particular group of franchisees) seemed undertrained. I counted seven people on staff and they were unable to keep up with five orders — at least three of which were screwed up.
However, they are usually pleasant despite their questionable competence, and the place is fairly clean. Their little TV lounge and accessible conference room in the back are nice touches as well.

It’s big, it’s clean, the workers are fast and friendly. One hang up is the bathroom has one toilet so that means potentially waiting in line. I like the nice rack they have for selling stuff such as mugs, cups and different flavored coffees.
