I had a very positive experience at this store recently whilst Christmas shopping. They have a nice smattering of watch brands in stock; Michael kors, invicta, fossil, movado, and citizen’s come to mind. They may not have every style imaginable, but it’s more of a sampling of the most popular styles. The salespeople were very helpful and accommodating with swapping out watch bands at my request.
Here’s a little insider’s tip-​they have a pandora counter in here too. The actually pandora store in the mall has a bouncer and a wait list, so buy your charms here!

If you need a watch battery replaced, they’ll do it for you almost instantly. If you need a watch band replaced or repaired, they will do that almost instantly as well.
The problem comes with the fact that they don’t have many replacement watch band choices. If you happen to find something that will work (as we did), you then have to wait for them to replace the band and get it sized right. After no less than 4 attempts, the band was replaced and we were ready to roll. The quality of the band is a bit questionable, but beggars can’t be choosers, I guess.
I’d recommend them for the more simpler watch repairs.

I have been meaning to get my Tag watch, battery replaced. I took it to this kiosk in the mall. There were two ladies behind the counter, dropped off out watched, my good friend dropped hers of f too. They changed it, resealed it too. Then I find out I was robbed, not literally, but another friend said he got his done, with seal for like 7 – 10.00.Where mine costs 48.00, Damn it! Well, still beats 175.00, send if off to Tag heuer, then it would take like 2 months before my watch came back.
