A friend told me about B and T after some not-so-great experiences with rug cleaners closer to my home. I have had several oriental rugs cleaned and repaired there with excellent results, and at a fair price. They are very experienced and knowledgeable, and will give an honest assessment of whether a rug is worth rescuing, and how it’s likely to turn out. I don’t mind making a forty-minute drive for the superior quality of their service and expertise.
