Just in Time Sandwich & Ice Cream Shop LLC

We have tried this place multiple times, each time swearing it will be our last. After a while we decide to give it another try and always end up regretting it. We have gone during busy times, and also at times when there is little business. Always there is a very long wait, and terrible service. This last time we arrived and there were 4 tables seated. There were 5 kids working behind the counter all appearing to be younger than 18. There were no adults/​management to be found. We stood at the counter for 15 minutes before being asked for our order. We got ice cream and wings. The ice cream was delivered immediately, or course, and the wings we waited 15 more minutes for, not too bad. But the smelled and tested awful. There were no napkins on the table, none given to us. So we had to hunt some down. There wasn’t even a trash can in the men’s bathroom for the paper towels after washing your hands. Hopefully the employees are washing!
We really want to have a good experience at this place, but this is about how it has been every time. Typically our orders are brought out wrong, and we always always always have a crazy wait. We like the small town vibe, the shop is cute, and we always try to support local. But with consistently bad service, it is hard to keep justifying giving this place our money. Very disappointed.

Cute little sandwich and ice cream shop on the square in town. The salad was fresh and made to order, my husband ordered a hot sub and said it was very good. Very friendly staff and very clean shop!
