The company has great products and great prices but poor customer service and delivery. For a small restaurant or business I would not recomend them. They will not ship UPS, even if the item is smaller than a pizza box. It comes on a pallat via freight. The email responses are very slow and my experience is that when you call an 800 number you have to leave a message. When items are delivered, boxes are crushed and items are dented. This is why I am suprised they don’t use UPS. Maybe they are better suited for larger orders.
