So far they have cleaned my house twice. Both times were positive experiences.
Pros:
* One of the better prices per hour I have seen.
* My cleaner is completely OCD, in a good way! The stove gleams, and the toiletries in the bathroom are all lined up facing the same way … it’s a weird feeling after doing my own cleaning for so long (or not doing it!), but I like it.
Others:
* After the first 1 – 2 cleanings, you no longer talk with Craig, the owner. All your scheduling, billing, and cleaning is handled by the cleaner with whom you’ve been paired. So make sure you like your individual cleaner, because it’s her style of cleaning that is going to determine your experience in the long run!
(I am not sure where these guys are headquartered. I get a Mercer Island feeling off of them and for some reason I think Craig mentioned there. Business Owner, please update this listing if I got it wrong!)
