My how things have changed in three and a half years. Service has declined. The price changes every time that I bring in my dry cleaning. Please note that is the same amount of shirts and pants… so how can it fluctuate between 20 to 30 dollars? They also will not provide a price list. I would highly recommend going to Corry’s.

Ruined my husband’s suit. We had it cleaned several months ago. Seeing as how he hardly wears suits, except when we have a wedding or funeral to go it, it had been sitting in the bag for quite some time. Open it up the other day and there is a huge bleach stain(our best guess) on the shoulder. Took the suit back and they pretty much said«sorry, there’s nothing we can do about it. We didn’t do it.» Wait, I take it back — there was no «sorry». They did not bother apologizing in any way. I realize that we have no way to prove that the damage occured when they were in possession of the suit, but how about a little customer service? Maybe offer to try to get the stain out or throw out some ideas for how we might fix it? Super disappointing. Needless to say, we will never use Cleaners Plus 1’s services again.

Pretty much all dry cleaners do an awesome job with cleaning. But I will always go here because of the excellent CUSTOMERSERVICE. I was running late and needed my suit for the next day’s meeting. I called them told them my plight and situation and they said, «sure we’ll stay open 15 minutes past closing, no problem.» Like it was no big deal. When I got there, they even knew my voice, and had my suit waiting on the rack all ready to go. You don’t see this type of personal care anymore. I know nothing about the owners, but I’m guessing it’s family owned and operated, but they found a customer for life.

This is by far the best dry cleaners they can remove stains do alterations. It’s just perfect for a quick drop off and pick up.
