Blue Frog

The folks at Blue Frog Computers know their stuff! They respond quickly to our «emergent» concerns and do fantastic work. Whether it is changes to our web site or help with our phone system, they have been there to assist us and solve any issues that may arise. We highly recommend them!

My computer died just as I had just promised to send an important, timely document to a client. And of course, the only place the document existed was on that computer. Doesn’t that always happen… just when you really need your computer, it blows up. I brought the computer in and Joe fixed it right there on the spot. I walked out a half hour later with a working computer, A MIRACLE. I’m sure Blue Frog can’t always promise that kind of turn around, but they really worked with me to get up and running!
I also brought in our computer that had died a few years ago. It had tons and tons and tons of family pictures on that I had stupidly not backed up. They got back to me a few days later saying it was indeed the hard drive and while Blue Frog didn’t have the expertise to get data off a corrupt hard drive, they were sending it to partners of theirs that could. There answer could have been, sorry, we can’t help you! But it wasn’t, they went the extra mile to take care of me!
