Those pictures are old now is all different the service is really bad they never have anything because is a little boutique they have a lot of styles but no sizes, after all my bad review is because I when 2 weeks ago and bough 3 pairs of toms 2 regular prices and 1 clearance one of them for me and 2 for my wife so the first day my shoes feels really nice but the second time the right foot was noisy with a click or NOOk sound rom the sole so I went to get an exchange same shoe or same style only one pair from 3 but the surprise was the girl say the sound does not make a shoe damage or defective I said what are you ok??? Imagine walking thru a quiet place or is annoying when you already know about a sound in your shoes so after all she didn’t respect the policy and we ask for the manager and the answer was I am the manager what a bad seller and manager right I dint said that to her I was all calm so the finale is the just dump my shoes in the box. We’ll never buy something from a little or self owner boutiques they wanna sell. Next time I will go to macys or dillards better services managers around and easy returns or exchanges
