This place is usually good but the last couple times I’ve gone it’s gotten pretty bad. So at last. I’m writing another review. First off. This wingstop is notorious for having shitty health inspection scores. Their always being flagged for having dirty kitchens etc. You can Google it for yourself and you’ll see just how gross this place is. Today I went here and ordered a 10 piece and what I got looked and tasted like old chicken that had been laying around for a while. It was so bad that I actually threw away half of my order. Very dissapointing considering I paid 11 dollars for wings. An already steep price for mediocre food. Sad to say I probably won’t be eating here again.

Horrible service. Third time in a row I’ve used the app to order 45 minutes in advance and THEY STILL DON’T HAVE THE ORDER EVEN STARTED COOKING by the time I go to pick it up. As I paid through the app they can’t give me a refund.

I came here on my way to Yosemite and loved the wings. Their sauce and fries are the BEST! I had the lemon and atomic it’s so spicy but so good. There’s a good amount of kick that gets you hooked. I’d be down to drive to Merced again for more wings.

My friends and I stopped by this Wingstop to have a late night snack after studying for midterms. As usual, the food here was great! Tasty wings and fresh veggie sticks. I always get the Garlic Parmesan flavor, flats only. It’s the best!

The chicken is really good. People are very friendly, and I get the good quick. Only downside is I sometimes get too much food and have to get a to go bag.

Mango habenero is really good. And the big order of fries make the meal worth it. I love going here for dinner with my family. Atomic is reallybspicy. My favorite go-​to place.

Rediculous customer service! Very dirty and always making mistakes on your order over and over. Ice machine is always out, trash is always full and tables never cleared and cleaned.

We had wingstop last night and our order was ready when we got there. I did order a 75 wing family pack and it came with 3 sides of fries, although I ordered the beans it wasn’t a big deal. Our wings were hot and tasted great, customer service was great. We also ordered a few days ago, and we also had good food and service then as well. I didn’t get sick either times, neither did my family members. We will be back!

I came here in 2009 and never came back because they don’t have fucking napkins. 2015. They still don’t have fucking napkins. A roll of dry-​ass public school quality paper towels is not sufficient.
Also, the bathroom didn’t have the paper towels hung, they were sitting in a puddle in the sink.

I spoke with the owner who had a very strong accent and was down right RUDE! Told me I got food poisoning because I was unsanitary and as if me getting sick was my own fault! WTF?! I saw fries and wings all over the floor, how dare he tell me what clean is! This place needs a health inspection as soon as possible! How can they even be in business still?! I will NEVER return to this location!!!

Came in the morning, no line. Took 15 min. The boss was cussing and yelling at the workers. A lady came in and saw the boss grab the fries from the trrashcan because the worker threw it away. The boss puts it back into fryer. The ladygoy upset and confronted the boss but the boss said he didnt. The lady called corporate. I got my food about 15 min later. There was minimal fries. Wings was okay

I should of updated my review a long time ago for Wingstop, as I haven’t eaten there in over a year. Yes, it’s that bad. I wouldn’t dare go back because of the terrible service and yucky food.
Wingstop use to be decent, I was always hesitant to go here in the past but liked the wings and fries so much that I would go back once and a while. Well not so much anymore.
Last year I ordered takeout and of course my order was wrong. The fries and wings were cold messy and not flavorful. Within a day I got really sick, and even after a call to the manager we got nothing for our troubles. In fact he was downright rude. A free order a fries, a discount on our next order, nothing. This place went downhill fast, and from what I know now they aren’t doing so great still.
Order after order something was always wrong. Really, how hard is it to get an order correct once? Incorrect dipping sauces, wrong wings, no fries, cold food. Wings can be good, mmm… but go somewhere else. Don’t bother coming here. After getting as sick as I was no thanks. I won’t be making that mistake again.

We arrived at 8:55 pm and it took almost 10 minutes before someone came to take our order. After we placed our order and got our drinks we tried to sit outside but all 6 outdoor seating spots were dirty. The inside wasn’t any better.
Many tables inside were dirty and not cleaned (have photos). We eventually got our food at 9:34, and all the worker could say was that «chicken takes a long time to cook.» When we went to get ketchup, there was none. The water dispenser on the fountain was broken. There was no barbecue sauce and the ranch dip we ordered was missing.
The food itself was not much better with many of the wings being anemic and tiny. On many pieces I questioned whether or not there was more sauce than meat on a wing. The fries were cold, soggy and slightly grey from sitting out so long, despite the wings being freshly reheated.
Both bathrooms were disgusting and like the rest of the restaurant, basics were missing. No paper towels were in either the men’s or women’s bathrooms and no soap in the men’s. The door lock was also broken in the men’s bathroom. With wet hands I had to go up to the counter to dry off my hands on the communal paper towel roll that they provide in lieu of napkins. Makes me wonder how many other patrons have been forced to do the same.
Overall we were not impressed with the food, cleanliness and service at this location.

I was happy to find that there’s a wingstop near by, but turned out the food was disappointing. I am a big fan of wingstop and I would not recommend people to go to this place.

I ordered online… maybe 25 minutes before showing up, expecting to pay grab my food and leave… no, I wait in line for the pick up, then I wait another 30 minutes for them to cook everyone else’s food, and finally when I get my food I get these stupid all bone chicken wings… granted there were a few real wings too, but for overpriced chicken I don’t want to pay for bones. Why don’t you eat my food before you sell it to me too? 2 stars because my friend found a pube in his ranch which I thought was funny

Haven’t been here in a while. good fries and good wings. decent service. they took out the cool soda machine they used to have.
