i went there for dentures that waS FUN LOL. in recent weeks i got very iannoyed. first visit i was suppose to be there at 9 to have denture fixed just to my surprise i had to come back the following day they over booked .a week latter i came the guys in the lab tried that song and dance of being to busy i raised hell i was on there worksheet for that it took 6 hour to get them back so i was there from 11-​almost 5. still mad at them looking for a different dentist unforunity not to to many dentist5 that take part b coverage

I wish I had the option to not give them one single star because this was the single most worst dental experience of my life. I waited 3 months for an appointment which took 2.5 hours to complete and they didn’t do anything but slab some fluoride on my teeth and send me on my way. I didn’t feel like I received any treatment so I went to a different dentist who was appalled when I told them I had had my teeth «cleaned» only 2 weeks ago. What was seriously disturbing was that Western Dental told me that I had no cavities yet my new dentist (which I HIGHLY recommend; Crossroads Dental Group) found four cavities, one of which was very obvious just by looking at the x-​rays. DO NOT go here under any circumstances. It would be an absolute waste of time and resources.

I’ve called and was trying to get answers for a problem I was having with payments. Cynthia straight up just hung up the phone while I was talking. Not the best way to treat a customer.

If you plan on coming here for the oral surgeon plan on waiting. There is one day the oral surgeon comes in a month from what they told me. It took me 3 hours to see her, and I didn’t even get the procedure done because when I sat down she went to lunch. I did get my cleaning done and I came back for my whitening another day. I will be changing my insurance once the time comes. I didn’t really care for this place. If anything there are some cute girls that work in there but damn is this place packed!

Don’t waste your time going here unless you have no other options. I had an appointment, and I still waited for 30 minutes past my appointment time. When I was called up to the counter I though well better late than never. NOPE, they just wanted some more information from me. There were still patients in front of me to be seen first.
If you have been to a dentist before you know that they will take you back and you will sit in a chair for 30 minutes before the doc ever comes to see you anyway.
The waiting area was packed full of kids being loud, there was an empty red bull can laying on the chair with liquid spilled out onto the chair and floor. It looked worse than the DMV if that is even possible.
