My first time back in a pole studio in 8 months. I was impressed with the spaciousness of the studio, the lighting and the sound system. Great music selection and the class was great! Great instructor with awesome teaching style and very personable and friendly. Made me feel right at home and comfortable in her studio. I’m glad I took a chance on this place and it got me back into pole again. Awesome workout and after an hour, I forgot just how hard pole is. Mirella gives you technique but lets you put your own flair on your dance and let’s you be sexy and stylish while having fun and working out. Comfortable environment and was very impressed that there were staff from the building to walk the girls out after class for safety!

I love this class!!! Merilla is an awesome, fun and attentive instructor… She pays attention to how each student is progressing and pushes u to do your best… Every wk I am challenged :) she creates an environment that u feel comfortable being sexy. She is a professional and takes pole seriously so be prepared to sweat… I saved the best for last… IT IS SOOOO MUCH FUN!!! I have never had this much fun working out:)

Okay so, I’m not the best at writing a review but I had to say how much I love this place. I’m a plus size woman so for me, pole dancing was a scary thought. I was incredibly self conscious and nervous but Mirella is an incredible teacher and quickly put me at ease. She moved at a pace that made me comfortable and was so encouraging that I was able to forget my reservations and just enjoy. If you’ve always wanted to try pole dancing or just wanted something fun to do, I seriously recommend Polesque Vixens.
