I was there today trying to return an item and the cashier jasmine told me she will do it as a favor or she is not suppose to return the item. U r not doing anyone a favor the item was purchased 2 days ago and the tags still on it. I hate when cashiers say that act like they’re doing you a favor do your job and shut the hell up. Return the item because I change my mind. She should be retrained or let go because I didn’t appreciate her attitude.

Finally a remodel. Well that been going in for a whole now. Friendly customer service, and finally a Sephoria here in Merced.

Weak as fuck never ever get jewelry… bought a necklace and broke the first day and paid over $ 200 for it. To top it off their customers service was horrible. I went back that same hour and they didn’t do anything resolve the issue until a manager got involved! I will NEVER buy jewelry there again!

Horrible customer service! I had clothes put on hold and I come back 2hrs later and it’s gone. Put back in the racks! With this type of customer service I’m not surprised this company is in the process of closing. No matter how much you remodel the stores if you have employees who sucks at customer service people will go somewhere to shop. Wouldn’t shop here again!

Salon is excellent. I always go to the salon and they do a fantastic job of taking of my needs. Now I look so pretty.
