Verizon Premium Wireless Retailer-Wireless Zone

Had the worst experience possible!!! First of all there was only one person working in the store and nearly 6 different customers in need of service. Customers who walked in the store after us were helped before us, and to top it off the associate working had absolutely no idea what he was talking about in regards to me needing an upgrade on my phone. He was handing me the phone and telling me I needed to call all sorts of «customer service» numbers in order to obtain any help… Hello I’m at a verizon wireless store, he should have been able to help me! Oh and not to mention he «tried» to tell me i owed 150 dollars to switch my plan from one phone to another only to find out that the women on the phone I spoke in there store told me different… I finally opted to drive down the road to the CORP. Owned verizon wireless location in Grafton WI where there were 6 smiling faces to greet me and help me out with all of my issues. Not only did they help me out with all of my issues they gave me correct information… meaning the 150 dollars that the Verizon zone in Mequon said I owed was complete crap,… and stood by my side the entire time I was in the store. Customers were helped in the order of there arrival and we’re not ignored in order to help others. They will definitely have my service again… As for this privately owned location in Mequon I would advise verizon customers to take the extra 10 minutes and just drive to Grafton where the staff is happy to assist you.

To sum it up — Great customer service, great community feel, and they are dog friendly!
Through all my various stores and interactions with cell phone salesman and locations, I always leave feeling like they are used car salesman and feel slightly used. Not this place!
This is owned by the same group that owns ESPN Milwaukee and Madison. The employes I dealt with were Mike (recent University of Wisconsin Grad) and Ryan that were both SUPER easy to deal with. Wireless Zone is different in the fact the employees are on salary so they aren’t pushing what they get kickbacks or make the most on — they truly take their time making sure you are comfortable with your phone and accessories.
I just got my iPhone 5S in white from them. I called Ryan a few weeks back and had him put my name and number on a list — he called when they got some in and put the phone aside for me. I was able to go in there and have Mike get it all set up and configure it for me while I was at a meeting next door. I come back and everything is taken care of, put on the case I wanted, and all bagged up.
Really nice people, really clean, and nice young atmosphere.
