The employees truly care at this establishment. Geralyn is truly amazing after my first waxing appointment she contacted me the next day to make sure everything was still going good. Peggy explains everything in detail as she’s doing it, which makes you feel extremely comfortable. I would by far recommend either of these girls.
My only complaint is it is hard to book with one person, for example: if I wanted to guarantee I could get Geralyn I would have to talk to her personally and figure out when she works and work around that.

I’m new to the waxing scene and Kristin made me feel at ease. She’s so great in explaining how things are done and why.
I’ll definitely be a returning customer and plan to check out her other services too.

New to the Milwaukee area, I wasn’t ready to give up my esthetician from IL. However, I had no idea of when I am returning and it seemed like every time I would, she wasn’t working. So time to move on! Thank goodness for groupon, the deal was too good to be true, and so I courageously gave it a shot and I’m so glad I did!
So it was a little difficult to find the spot but she said she always has her cell phone on her until the client arrives, and was able to let me know I was in the right building.
I’ve gotten a lot of brow-​waxes and i’m pretty critical, but she was worth every penny today. The tint was great, she was really thorough and took her time. She was easy to talk to so the time flew by but I could tell she was being nit picky (which is great since I had a lot of overgrowth).
Definitely one of the better estheticians I’ve been to, and super excited I found her on my first try in this area! And I’m really excited to try the lash tinting next time!
