I wish I could give this a fraction of a star. I ordered some canvas prints for someone else’s Christmas gift. They were to arrive the Monday right before Christmas. The owner was going to have them for me Christmas Eve then. He also made an effort to make me feel guilty that he had to go in Christmas eve. He didn’t deliver on Christmas eve. Instead he stopped all communication whatsoever and went on vacation. The NEXT WEEK an employee at the shop said he maybe expected them Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, now it’s NYE. Christmas isn’t even on anyone’s mind. I’m sitting New Years Day and have no clue if any of this was even close to happening. There was a more recent vague explanation that they didn’t answer an email from a sister location about dimensions. That’s nice, not enough internal communication to put it into production. Fed Ex/​Kinkos can prove their a business that does things and see projects through to the end. I would say that Post net is likely some sort of scam. Dear Mequon, don’t waste your time here. They don’t care about your time at all.

I have been stopping here weekly for work to drop off FedEx packages. They are a pick up location of UPS, FedEx, and DHL so if you don’t have daily pick up or don’t want to find one of those locations this is your place.
The staff are two younger guys that are really helpful when it comes to packing up items. I do the prepaid labels on the boxes and just drop them off and they are always really nice to talk to and do a great job at making sure your package gets out when it is supposed to.
Overall, I recommend stopping here if you are closer than going to the carrier specific locations. It is a more community based feeling compared to standing in line forever at the FedEx locations.
