Chris, the owners seem very enthusiastic at first. His work is full of short cuts that you don’t see at first. When you ask him to come back, he was very reluctant. Only because I had some money held back, he finished. One year later, I realized that he didn’t fully complete a small stome divider. I left him several voice mails, he never returned my call.
