My feelings after our first encounter were a mixed bag. However I came to realize that my modest discomfort was a bit misplaced and that solid(overall good value) results were delivered. Abraham owns and operates this small but capable computer service business. He answers the phone like he is lounging around home on the weekend but don’t let that fool you. He has a deep working knowledge(I am not a novice so I feel qualified to comment) and is efficient, thorough and helpful… if not endowed with great telephone skills. He charges for the little details. THISISASITSHOULDBE. When you do quality troubleshooting and tech support work you need to follow where the path leads you. If you are working with fair and progressive pricing,(i.e. your estimates are modest at the beginning) appropriate upcharges should be expected. This can feel nickle-and-dimish but in fact its how good, experienced techs stay in business. They don’t overcharge but do get whats required to knock down problems effectively. I do recommend this business.
