A friend suggested TLC, I stopped by when in the neighborhood.
Reception area was dark and uninviting.
Waited a bit for a woman to greet me. She was not happy and friendly as I would expect someone to be when trying to make a good impression.
I asked to see the boarding area and was told my presence would bother the dogs too much! No one, ever, was allowed to see the facilities
A young girl who seemed to be a cleaner came into the room, no smile or greeting to me.
I asked how she liked working there, didn’t say anything but looked at the first woman who told her to go on.
That was enough to decide I would never use their «services».
I am puzzled that here and other review sites have glowing reports on this place (as well as many other 1-​star comments).
About their website, I think anyone can post photos and words to a page, but that alone means nothing.
