Chipotle Mexican Grill

I thought I would give chipotle a try AGAIN and it was horrible! My lettuce was brown the chicken was burnt and overcooked! On top of it my chips were stale and they forgot the guacamole! Seriously disgusting! Moes is where I will go from now on for a chicken bowl! Take pride in your quality of food! Disgusting and will NEVER go back again!!!

Went there yesterday on lunch break. Went to this location because line is usually always fast. Walked in and line started at the door which isn’t that bad since this chipotle is not huge. Line was not moving at all because the workers were working on to go orders first! I stood in line for over 10 min before line started moving again. Then As soon as I was getting my food made they ran out of chicken! It was all on the grill still! Waited even longer! I thought this was a bit ridiculous. I waited in line about 30 minutes bc of this. Disappointed.

I love Chipotle… and I give this specific location a 3 star only because it is a bit more inconsistent than other locations. Sometimes it is super good… sometimes not as much. The portion sizes vary and sometimes the service isn’t the greatest.

My biggest complaint about Chipotle is the absurd amount of filth in this establishment! After I got my sub-​par burrito all of the tables were covered in old burrito wrappings and crumbs. I understand it gets busy, but it’s inexcusable to leave garbage strewn about! For the life of me I will never comprehend why people flock to these restaurants. They’re horrible! Went here one time, never stepped foot in another Chipotle again. Qdoba is cleaner and offers much more flavorful burritos.

I love Chipotle just not this location. I ordered a chicken burrito and no one on the line knew how to wrap it, seriously!!! Two young ladies at the end of the line just stood there and looked blankly at each other, meanwhile my burrito just sat there and got cold.

Great service! Very fast! Line was out the door and we got our food in less than 5 minutes! One of the best chipotle locations around!

Stop in this Chipotle with my son for some dinner. His car is Chipotle restaurants go this one is fairly solid and is also high traffic. The restaurant clearly shows its wear due to all that high traffic. For example the Q where you wait to place your orders has a handrail that has become unscrewed and is unsafe and loose. The place would not suffer from a good cleaning.
My son had the make your own taco kit for kids and they give you a little tray that holds 1 meat 1 cheese and 1 vegetable and two tortillas. They also give you a laughable nc weensy teeny tiny bag of chips. the food itself tasted great if the presentations that I found lacking. Yes I understand this is a Chipotle. I watched the burrito girl severely over stuff several burritos in a row and then tear the tortilla. Her answer was to grab another tortilla and try to rewrap it effectively double layering the burrito. Many people complain that they didn’t want a second layer of tortilla and she seemed upset that she had to reroll the burrito. It seemed that the burritos they were using reiders stay over they did not steam them enough. it did not affect me because I had a burrito bowl. otherwise it is a pretty solid place

First time trying it but food was good just a little room temperature. All in all would try again in the summer.

I eat here weekly — I know, then why the 3 outa five???
Simple — good quality ingredients, pretty consistent quality…
